How do you promote wellness to clients/patients when they can't afford too? The cost of insurance and medical bills continues to increase. The concern is basic essentials, not prevention and improving health. I have the same concerns as a nurse and patient. I don't see the doctor as much as I should, until "I have too". wsg

diet and exercise. losing weight if you are obese or overweight.
walking 2-3 miles a day is free. it is actually cheaper and healthier to buy your own food and cook it, rather than eating junky fast food and crap.
there are numerous free things people can do to make themselves healthier, many are too lazy to do them though.
many diseases are caused by obesity...
My main concern, or issue that I wanted to talk about is the cost of insurance and the lack of benefits and medical care. Any thoughts?

Well, have you been paying attention to the Health Care Reform??? I'm not at liberty to discuss it here, it will just turn into a huge battle, lol, something I'm not interested in, but you should look into it...
