Hi,

I am going to be writing the American NCLEX but I wrote the CDN CRNE in 2012 - so I am wondering if anyone has tips on;

- learning to convert Cdn lab values to usa 

- learning the American nursing standards

- best study prep or tips for someone who has been nursing for almost 10 years. 

-any move / transfer tips welcome
