Canadian nurse wanting to work in the States

Hello,

I am a Canadian trying to work in the States (Oregon specifically).

I know that to cross the border and get my TN Visa I will need/is recommended to bring with me:

* Nursing degree

*visascreen

*Proof of citizenship

*Oregon nursing license

*resume

*Canadian nursing license

*Letter of employment

So far I have all of these things except my letter of employment. The hospital I am working with doesn't have much experience with Canadian nurses and TN visas and I just want to make sure they get everything on the employment letter that is needed.

Does anyone know what the letter needs to include, or even better, a sample letter?
