Can you be a travel nurse with just an ADN?

Can you be a travel nurse with just an associate's degree or is it absolutely necessary to obtain a bachelor's degree?

What are some countries that allow you to work as a nurse with just an associates degree? I've always wanted to live in France, but I highly doubt they'll let you work with just an associate's degree :(

No France is hard to get to in regards work, there is a thread discussing France although may be a bit old I believe much is the same. UK will not allow you to work at the moment as a ADN and I would image that would be the same for most of Europe
