Depends on which company does the testing for your state certification and which facilities they have contracts with to use as locations for testing. It is likely that if your local red cross offers CNA training, that they also contract with the company issuing the exam to use their space for hosting the exam, but it is not guaranteed.
Find out from your training agency which company does the testing (in WA state it is Pearson Vue, I don't know if it is the same in all states), use that information to find out test times and locations that you are eligible to register for.
