i was considering attending:
abington memorial hospital's dixon school of nursing
danville regional medical center, school of health professions: nursing program

Someone once mentioned to me that you can not sit for the NCLEX-PN in VA unless you graduated from a LPN/LVN program. I don't know if that's true or not...
Your best bet is to contact the VA BON directly and ask.

I agree with Meriwhen -- I don't think so. The application only has a space where applicants can fill out their program name and graduation date. But yeah, contacting the BON would be good:
