i will be a senior next year and i was considering going for COTA or nursing. but i was is there anything nurses LPN'S or RN'S can specialize in working with disabled people and people who have stroke not having to be home health but teaching them to dress and feed them self.

Of course there is! :) Nursing is a pretty well rounded education, in regards to just getting your RN. I would look into working in a rehab center. That sounds like the kind of thing you'd like.

Compare with occupational therapist, physical therapist and their respective assistants also. Physical therapist assistant makes good $ for an associate's degree but schools are fiercely competitive I hear.
