Can Kadcyla be given peripherally?

Have you ever given Kadcyla (ado-trastuzumab emtansine) peripherally?

Personally never. 

In Europe where it's called Herceptin or Herceptine, all the literature strongy recommends central access but doesn't rule out peripheral administration. Strong risk of necrosis so I would personally prefer central access. If perpheral administartion is authorised by your facility I would personally take the same precautions as with Cisplatin, which I personally hate giving by peripheral line.
