Hi

I'm Canadian and I have a TN visa with a hospital that I'm working fulltime for. I was looking for a side job, something away from the bedside for a new experience and I got an offer for a casual/part-time research nursing jobs (about 20hrs/wk). I was wondering if I can get another TN visa for this new job. I understand that each TN visa is binding with the specific employer who sponsors it so I can't work for another employer without a second visa.

Does anyone have any information on this kind of situation?? Any information would be helpful, Thanks :)

Hi which hospitals help for TN visa? I thought I saw your email earlier to send you my resume but I can't find it anymore. I don't know if it was you or someone else that responded but just can't locate the response with the email to send you my resume. Kindly respond again please. Thanks

Just thought I should give people an update: I got my second visa yesterday!

The offer letter was casual position (no more than 20hr/week) as per my request, the officer at the custom was very nice and made the process super easy and smooth.

I'm so excited to start my new role next week!

Hi - not sure if you are still active on this site. I am currently on a TN visa and wanted 2nd employment as well.

I would love to chat with you about the process because my original TN visa was petitioned with a G28 form, no I94. Did your second employer only complete an I94, and did you require a law firm to be involved for the 2nd visa? As I had one involved for my first (but it came apart of the deal with nursing company I was signing with)
