Long story short. I lost this paper my adviser gave me and he said something about not being able to start my clinical until I have finished certain classes. If I have only 2 classes left to finish, can I just take those 2 classes and do my clinical at the same time?

You do realize we don't all go to your school, right?
Do you have an advisor? Ask them so you don't get into a mess.

This would depend on whether or not these 2 classes are prerequisities or corequisites.. if they are prereqs they no, you have to have them completed already but if it is the latter than you should be able to take them at the same time... BUT, I have no idea the way your system is set up, there little to no detail to your post, but I think its safe to assume that if your advisor said you could not, then that is probably the right idea.

What's your schools policy? I think every program might be different. My college we need to take the clinical for that course along side of it... a co-requisite and they can't be taken separately. But, this is just the policy at my school, I can't speak on other colleges.
