Can I Still pass NCLEX without Lacharity??

hello all,

i am retaking my nlcex for the second time in two days, and i was just reading some threads about how great the lacharity book is for delegation and priority questions. well, since its a little to late for me to purchase the book, i just want to know if i can still pass without it. i know 85% of nclex questions are on delegation and priority. i took the kaplan review and have been maintainng an average of 58-62% on everything. what else should i do???....should i reschedule and take it next month and just purchase the lacharity book. help me please!!!

I got 75 Questions...It was not as bad like I have heard, you just have to be calm. Their will be two very obvious wrong answer, you just have to use your test strategies to pick the right one out of the two. I had alot of SATA, S&I, Priority and med's.

I just hope the PVT works.
