I was wondering if I would be able to become a CNA with a Petit theft charge misdemeanor with a withheld adjudicated in the state of Florida. I researched it and I read I could.. But I just wanted to hear it from others online who may know about this. Would it be difficult for me to find a job even if they allowed me to get my license?

Possibly. Just because the BON may grant you a license with your criminal record doesn't mean that employers have to hire you. Unfortunately, anything related to theft shows that you are/have been/have proven the potential to be dishonest, which makes you a potential liability to a lot of employers.
I would talk with an attorney to determine what the withhold of adjudication will do to your criminal record, and how you should answer the "have you ever been arrested/found guilty/convicted..." questions that will come up on job applications.
Best of luck.
