can anyone recommend an online Microbiology class w/Lab?

For an online Micro class try, Edukan.org. They charge the same as if you are an instate student and the final is not half of your grade. You have assignments and quizzes online and the final is like another test. Stay away from Rio Saldado unless you want to repeat the class. Read the reviews they are not very good.

WOW! thanks for the heads up!! Do you have to have a proctor also or is the final online? I'm trying to find a good micro class that is completely online..

With EduKan EVERYTHING is online INCLUDING the labs! however, the final exam IS proctored. It also states in the syllabus that your teacher has the right to issue a student a proctored exam at any time. However, when I asked them about that, they said it was rare to occur.

everything else is online, and I love the fact that the labs are online which is why I'm going to go through them. I looked it up and for the class and all your books it wouldn't be more then 1000$ and if you buy your books elsewhere it would be extremely cheap!

I'm taking A&PII in the fall along with my nursing classes (it'll be alot easier to have one class online you know...) and Micro in the Spring. I'm paying for it out of pocket, but honestly being that cheap I can save up the money over the Summer, and I can use part of my refund in the fall to pay for the micro class in the Spring! LOL

I looked at all the books and through them it would be over 450$ per class, BUT I looked up the books through ebay and amazon and I can get everything I need for 120-140$!
