Can anyone help me??????

Hi,I am kind of new to this board. I am a nursing student. I am in my 5th month and love it. I am doing a case study on G.E.R.D. I need to come up with some nursing diaganosis for this. I have not had any trouble with any of my other case studies. If anyone can help me I will be so grateful.

I have a few suggestions, forgive me cuz I haven't done a care plan in ages, but here goes:

Alteration in sleep r/t regurgitation, coughing

Alteration in respiratory status r/t regurgitation, coughing and possible aspiration of gastric contents

Alteration in safety relative to irritation of tissues near esophageal vasculature

Alteration in comfort r/t abdominal/chest/throat pain

Alteration in alimentation

Knowledge deficit relative to illness, medication ... procedures if any ...
