Can anybody help me how to do the Nurse License Verification for CGFNS(CES) in Qatar

I went there this morning, they said I need to request another CoS and scan my VOL form and upload it.

hi millie D. i am also currently waiting for the approval of my request of certificate of good standing from QCHP and as you said it really takes a long time. how do you follow up your request? do you have their phone number or email? i'm residing outside of qatar now so i cannot drop by their office.Thanks a lot for your reply.

neoden,sorry got me long time to reply.go to their website,QCHP licensing and registration and the requirements are there.Would include your certificate of employment,TOR,Diploma,License copy and the likes....you will need to request for CoGS before you license verification.

anonymous18,you have to keep calling them.I am also no longer in Qatar so we are in the same situation.I keep checking the status and it always said under process.kind of frustrating...which state are you in?

millie D, I live outside the US and I am currently applying in New Zealand that is why I need the verification of license. I tried to contact them via email in their helpdesk but I will either get no reply or they will tell you to wait. I will try calling the number that is on the website and hope for a more precise answer to my query. I will let you know if I get a favorable response.

Anonymous,yes they said document has been sent via Qpost already.I checked on their web and it posted application completed.However,the guy told me I need to wait for a week to get the reference number.Hopefully they'd get yours done soon too.

Millie D, that is great news. I also heard the same thing that it takes a week or two to get the tracking number. They will process it like an express mail so within 5 days-1 week it should reach the address. I have one last final question for you. When did you submit your application (so at least I will have an idea on their timeline)? I submitted mine April 9th. Thanks again for replying to my queries somehow I feel relieved that someone is there with the same concern as mine.

Anonymous18,thank you.I originally thought it might take longer but it went pretty well.Date of submission for CoGS request to them was April 23...I dont remember when I got it mailed out but it posted thru' their web April 23rd.I guess you should keep following up with them as you submitted yours way earlier than me.Let me follow up with them again this week of any update about the reference number so you'd be able to have an idea how long they'd take to get those ones.You're always welcome,would be glad to give informations to guide as much as I can.
