Does anyone know what a care plan book is?

i think its our diagnosis book and the other book that comes with it. application of nursing process

do you have one/ Is it blue?

yeah, its light blue. im not sure if thats the book we need for monday but its the one im bringing

I was just looking at my clinical passport and noticed it asks for a flu shot. What if I havent gotten one? My clincal is tomorrow morning

I had clinical already and no one said anything about the flu shot being required. You will be fine without it. Have fun tomorrow.

Thanks. My brain is tired. When you wrote out yoyr nursing diagnosis for the focus question, did you do a 2 step or 3 step?

i did a 2 step but they go over them and explain wut they are looking for. i feel SO much better after clinical today. things are a lot more clearer.

the flu shot is optional. they recommend it but its not required. you do neeed all the other stuff.

i had so much fun at clinicals. it was AWESOME and the people in my group are the best! just take it all in and youre going to be fine

i dont know if anyone gets on here anymore but i cant find anything on glucose levels. i dont have anyones number so im all on my own and these objectives are due tomorrow. can anyone help?

Use google, the book sucks. Thats how I answered some of my questions.

I used Taber's online cyclopedic medical dictionary doe the glucose questions. I think the medical surgical book had some info as well. My question is are we supposed to know how to BP for clinical, I am having a hard with that
