Calling all LPN Entrepreneurs

Greetings:

I am an LPN in the Atlanta area. I currently work as a Director of Resident Care for a large Assisted Living company. I am looking to step out on my own. I was wondering are there any other LPNs/LVNs who are in business for themselves. If so, what do you do, and how did you get started doing what you love. I am leaning more toward Non Medical Elder Care Registry and have just recently been asked to do some free lance Nursing for a few Physicians (going to Assisted Living and Independent Living Facilities and draw blood, medication set-up etc.)

a friend of mine started her own staffing agency while she was an lpn. she used to be a manager in a staffing agency before she started her own. she didn't stay in it long though.
