Calling All Nurses: Tell Us About your typical day at work!

Hello, I will be starting 3rd level clinicals in January and I will graduate with my BSN in December '05. I just read an awesome account of a NICU nurses day! Being a nursing student it was so wonderful to read what it is REALLY like on the floor or in the unit. I was wondering if all you nurses out there would share with us nursing students in detail, what a typical day is like for you in your particular area in nursing. Hearing the reality of what is going on, can really help us students decide on what area of specialty would be best for us. Thanks. Look forward to reading about your day!!
