Calling All GCU Fast Track Students & Grads

Published

I have a few questions for you guys. I tried calling GCU and asking but whoever I spoke to seemed pretty clueless about the BSN fast track program for those with a bachelor degree.

I'm moving to the Phoenix area soon and I'm looking to get get my BSN degree when I get there. I recently graduated with a degree in psychology.

Which campuses is the fast track offered? Is it offered at the A.T. Still campus?

How many months does it take to complete? (Someone on this forum said that they thought it was going from 20 months to 15 months but I'm hoping for some more concrete info.)

How much is the total tuition and fees?

Is it true that the pre-reqs include 2 religion classes? (I only have 1) What are the other pre-reqs?

Do you need the TEAS or HESI to apply?

Thank you guys for any info you may be able to provide. Links or phone numbers to someone at GCU who is actually familiar with the program would be appreciated as well!

Thank you @MrsBond for the reply. I would have PM'd my thank you but I don't have enough posts yet!

Specializes in NICU.

You can still take the TEAS V until january 15, 2014 after that you will need the HESI

I don't know if you got all your answers.

1. Fasttrack is offered at the main campus, Scottsdale healthcare, AT Still, St. Joes, Tucson, & Alberquerque.

2. It's 16 mo for fast track, 24 for traditional.

3. There are automatic gpa based scholarships but base cost is around 15k a year I believe it is.

4. The only pre req religion course they require is christian worldview 101/301, I've seen both.

5. Summer start 2014 is grandfathered in with the teas. After that it's a version of the hesi V.

6. It spaces out professionals names.
