UPDATE: Changes: New Log In Requirement

Hi everyone,

I am planning to apply to CSULA's Summer 2026 ABSN cohort. CSULA says the application was supposed to open in nursingCAS today (11/1/25) but I cannot find it anywhere. Is anyone else having that problem?

Yes. My I lk f'd up. I took my TEAS yesterday and it takes them 4 days to complete. So I doubt my application will be accepted. 😭

I got my TEAS results within 48 hours, hopefully yours works out. You could always contact the school once you get your result and ask if you can add it to your application. I hope it works out for you!

Oh no way ! 🤓 that give me hope. I did pretty good on them so hoping that helps my application. Did you submit everything already ?

Yes, I submitted everything last Saturday. I don't have high hopes of getting in but you never know.

Oh dang. I wish I would have done that too. I also feel like that because I don't have the. Best GPA or other type of healthcare experience ( CNA , emt , phleb) etc. what other schools did you apply to ?  I'm looking at other JCs and maybe private schools but want to steer clear from WCU but might end up applying . . .

Also how long was your essay ? Mines like 1.5 double spaced. But I feel a little lost because there's no prompt to follow.

I applied to  CSUN and didn't get in. I also applied to CSUSM and CSUF in addition to CSULA.

My essay was a little under 2 pages double spaced. I just talked about what led me to nursing and what type of nursing I want to do in the future
