I received an invitation to interview. They are interviewing in 2 phases during October. 
my stats are 

GPA 3.9 Overall 3.9 Science 

1.5 years Level 1 TICU

Experience mentioned: Preceptor, Unit council member, Super user for new equipment. I also mentioned the types of patients we see, Trauma, Medical, Neuo. Every shift we have intubated patients with invasive monitoring.

I didn't get an interview and I'm wondering if its my 1 year experience or my science GPA.

What level is your ICU? Are you doing charge nurse in your ICU?
