I received an invitation to interview. They are interviewing in 2 phases during October. 
my stats are 

GPA 3.9 Overall 3.9 Science 

1.5 years Level 1 TICU

Experience mentioned: Preceptor, Unit council member, Super user for new equipment. I also mentioned the types of patients we see, Trauma, Medical, Neuo. Every shift we have intubated patients with invasive monitoring.

3.9 GPA, 3.5 Science, 1 year ICU, CCRN, CMC, TNCC, Sedation Certification, ACLS/PALS, Charge Nurse and Preceptor experience, Committee involvement, Mission volunteer trip. Took Advanced Anatomy, Pharm and Health assessment masters courses.

I didn't get an interview and I'm wondering if its my 1 year experience or my science GPA.

What level is your ICU? Are you doing charge nurse in your ICU?

3.8 overall GPA, 3.5 science. 2yrs Surgical/Trauma/Transplant ICU. CCRN, TCAR, Stop the Bleed, BLS/ACLS/PALS. USg PIV insertion, Dobhoff/Coretrak feeding tube insertion, and CRRT certifications. 3 unit-based projects, presented at hospital's Housewide and Magnet re-designation meetings.
