Hi! I have not found a forum anywhere for those of us who have applied/are applying to Fullerton for 2025 so feel free to share stats/ask questions/or simply just offer support and guidance!

Woah -- that's super weird! Definitely reach out to them to clarify. I was also waitlisted but my portal says that my application is still pending.

Have you ever checked "View Detailed Information for this Application" tap?

Yes so when I click on that, it just says "Your application file has been sent to the Nursing department and is currently pending an admission decision. Please check back for an update on your admission status or contact the department for questions." 

 

What does it say for you exactly?

I just got an email from them and they said I have received wrong email message LOL. I am officially denied.

I just received a email too stating corrections from yesterday's email, that my "acceptance" now becomes  "waitlist" now. Uh, this is so unprofessional.

Wait what?! are you serious?! I got accepeted, but my portal still says pending. I'm unable to accept on the portal currently. It doesn't give me an option. I'm getting paranoid now.

yeah, I heard CSUF always do this , they will first accept you and deny you for whatever reason. Or move you to waitlist, but if you are not getting any additional email I guess you are fine. I literally just paid 59 dollars yesterday for the background check, and in the email I just got; Michelle says they will refunded back to me.

For those who got accepted, when you log in to the portal does it still  say "Your application file has been sent to the Nursing department and is currently pending an admission decision. Please check back for an update on your admission status or contact the department for questions" and when you try to accept the offer, it says "

Our records indicate that you have not been offered admission for the application term that you have selected. Only admitted applicants can Accept/Decline admission to the University. Please come back to indicate your decision when you are admitted to the University." ? 

I am getting paranoid. I have submitted my background check yesterday and was wondering if we are only able to accept the offer once everything is cleared?

This is so awful I'm so sorry...:/ that was such a grave error on their end... 😞

Has anyone here who has been waitlisted heard anything back? I'm feeling so anxious

😞 and I have no idea how big the waitlist is either 😕
