California Requirements for Ph RNs

Hi everyone. Ill be graduating this 2015 from Ph. I would like to know about the requirements for the California Board of Nursing and NCLEX. Is it true that one needs to comply with the 5 cases requirement for the DR and OR? and how about the concurrency issue of these cases with the theoretical such that these must be taken within the sem. I mean concurrent with the lecture of OB and MS? Thank you ver much. And I've read that California is not only implementing this one, New York as well. How true are these statements? Thanks:)

Yes it is true....these are states having concerns over concurrent theory and practicum, so i would look at other 37 states to obtain license:
