I'll be starting my Accelerated BSN soon, and after I get that I may move to San Francisco.

How are the job prospects for a new grad? Do hospitals in San Francisco generally prefer nurses with at least 1 year of experience, or will I be able to find a job fairly easily without any clinical experience?

Thanks for your help! I'm so excited about being a nurse.

i'm interested in this too...

The job prospects are good, and the pay rates are great. San Francisco RNs average $40 to $55 hourly without much experience.
