California Nursing License McGill University

Hey, just wondering if anyone has been accepted/denied from the Cali BON after completing a CEGEP DEC in nursing and BN from McGill? I have a NY license already but I know Cali has strict education requirements (if anyone knows specifics that would also be helpful).

Is it possible to be completely Barred from certain states because of the school you went to?
