California NPA and RN documentation requirements?

Dear Nurses,

Does anyone know (or can you cite) that the California Nurse Practice Act addresses our duties for documentation?  Are our responsibilities specifically mentioned or are they inferred?  I can't find anything specific, but perhaps I'm overlooking something.

I have been puzzling over this for a week or so, and decided it's worth asking here.  Thanks in advance for your help!

Not in CA, but it is unlikely that a state's NPA will dictate what must be documented; that would be referred to facility policies instead.
