California License by Endorsement

I recently applied for a California License by Endorsement and I keep checking my application status, everything says completed except my finger prints that still say "pending". They were the last thing that I submitted so I believe they started an initial review of my application without having received my livescan. My livescan was completed and sent the same day I did it and it's been about a week and it still says pending. Has this happened to anyone? Hoping someone can help as I've read that the California BON takes a while to process. 

I don't have a criminal history something minor was dropped to a violation and was about 9 years ago where I used to live. CA BON says they no longer do a thorough investigation on cases over 7 years unless is a serious felony.

What state are you trying to endorse from? I'm having a hard time and it has been 8 months. I'm trying to endorse from Florida.
