Looks like the California BORN changed their order regarding Excelsior:

Maybe Exclesior's lawsuit is having some effect.

I think this just means that if one goes through excelsior they can't endorse in unless their program meets cali's education requirement--which EC still currently does not. Unless one enrolled with EC prior to dec 6, 03 they can't even endorse in.

So you don't think this changes anything? Interesting.
I figured it had to do something with the lawsuit, since they removed all of the stuff about going through California schools. Or, maybe it's just another way for them to do the same thing and cover themselves legally. I dunno.
I didn't see anything on Excelsior's website. But then, they may not have had time to address it since this just happened yesterday.
