California BRN processing times for new grad NP

There was an old post regarding this topic that I'd like to revive/revise.

For those new grads who plan to practice in California and are awaititing the oh so very slow processing for California BRN to process their license, let's share our application process and learn our status in hopes of learning some tips:

1. date you graduated from grad school?
   
2. grad school attended (in state/out of state)?
   
3. date you applied for advance practice license?
   


1. type of license you applied for (license by endorsement, etc.)
   

[*]current application and/or furnishing status?

1. Have you received your advance practice license yet?
   
2. what steps (if any) have you taken to expedite the process?
   
3. Do you have a pending job offer lined up?

I wrapped up my program in August of 2018. I was licensed and ready to go by late September. I accepted a job offer in late October (extensive background check for correctional health takes like 2 months) and started working the first week of January. I think the quicker you start your Certification process the quicker your process seems.
