Hi!
Im wondering if any December grads have received their ATT from the BRN yet? I submitted my NCLEX app around dec 15th and have not heard anything yet. just wanting to see if anyone has gotten theirs yet!
Hi everyone! I am in the same boat as well. I graduated from school on 12/10 and they didn't receive my application until 1/7. I saw on the CA BRN website that there are processing wait times listed and it looks like they are reviewing January 1-15th so hopefully they contact us soon if I am understanding that correctly!? Online, my application still says missing my transcript even though they have I called and they confirmed they had everything on the phone and I know the correct transcript was sent. Does anyone else have this issue?
Update! I got approved for the exam. I don't know if it was a coincidence that I sent ALL of my college transcripts electronically last night and now I'm approved, but I'll take it. Applied : December 14, 2021, Reviewed for the 1st time: January 18, 2022 (Says they were missing transcripts even though my school of nursing said they uploaded them January 13, 2022), February 18: Approved.

Good to hear!! I contacted them today and they said that it may take up to 8 weeks for my transcript to process because they need to go through their PO box and other mail. They also recommended that I send my nursing transcript electronically to their email, which I did today, and check back in a few weeks to make sure they downloaded it to process for my application. Hopefully I share your luck in my transcript processing/being approved the next day!
My application was reviewed 1/04 and stated I was missing my nursing transcript/courses. I believe they ended up opening my nursing transcript a few days later as I got an email it was received by the company that sent it (even though the company sent it in December LOL). They were able to verify my missing courses but told me it takes them 8 weeks to process my nursing transcript. I called again last week and they told me I should get my approval at the end of this month/march. Pretty frustrating that it takes this long but hopefully I get it soon!
My application has finally been approved! Timeline for anyone that is curious.
App submitted: 10/20. Fingerprints approved: sometime in November. Graduated: 12/13. All transcripts in: 12/21. Finally approved: 2/22.
One of the people I spoke to after numerous times of calling said to me "A persistent nurse is a licensed nurse in California." It is the sad truth, but stay on the board and call as much as you feel you need to for them to get your applications/materials put through!

I called the Board today and found out that all of my stuff is in, but it will take up to 8 weeks from the date each item was received for it to be reviewed. So I guess it doesn't really matter when we submitted the application, it matters when the last item/transcript was received! Crazy that they can see that all of my items are there and it will still take that long for someone to review/approve my application. Good luck everyone!
Update: finally got approved!
It looks like approval is 8 weeks on the dot of when they open your latest document if they did not have/opened all your documents by the time they initially review your application. They said they could review it earlier but it seems pretty unlikely given how backed up they are.
I finally got approved as well! My electronic nursing transcript, which was the last required item, was received/downloaded by the BRN on 3/9, and my app got approved today, 3/17. I guess the time at which they review the app varies based on when the last item is received, thankfully it wasn't 8 weeks.
