Cali to Texas Endorsement

I am currently in the process of getting my Texas RN License by endorsement, and I'm wondering, since Texas is a compact state, will my Texas RN License be good for use in any other compact state as well? Can I work in, say, Colorado (also a compact state), with my Texas RN License? Thank you in advance.

Is your legal state of residence TX and did you apply for the compact license? You must reside in the state to have a compact license; otherwise, you are only granted a single state license. Lots of FAQs can be found on the NCSBN website.
