Hello, everyone, after 14 years in surgery, I am new to the home health field, and love it! Its so hard to get used to the fact that I actually have a brain to make my own decisions and not have someone tell me every move to make. I look forward to the comraderie this forum offers...

Yes, HH is simply the BEST. To me, it is the ultimate in nursing...Hospice being a close second, but I've never done it, still know I'd like it, though.

Only been doing this for 4 months, but wish I had started in this field years ago ! :)
