First, find out how many units are in 1 mL. You do that by dividing 25,000 by 500. So 50 units are in 1 mL.
So if there are 50 units in 1 mL, multiple that by 30 (that's how many mL's per hour) and you will find your answer.

There is 25,000 units per 500 ml = 50 units/ml
50 units/ml * 30 ml/hr = 1,500 units/hr
Anyone else come up with a similar answer?

You have to figure out how many units/mL you have:
25,000U/ 500mL = 50 units/mL
then take that times the rate
50 U/mL * 30mL/hr= 1500 U/hr
The ML cancel...thus you get 1500 U/hr....
