Cafeteria for Night Shift

I need some information from you guys about what hours, foods, etc that your cafeteria is open for the night shift. We are trying to start to provide some sort of food services (besides vending machines) and need some general information from others. Our hospital is about 350 beds.

The hospital I work in is only 58 beds. There is no cafeteria for night shift. However the night supervisor brings around the menu for the next day so that you can order somthing for the next night. The cafeteria packs it up and leaves it in the refrigerator for you. Probably would be a lot of work in a bigger hospital though.
