I took the nclex june 14 and its been 18 days (2 weeks 4 days), and still no results. my school sent transcripts the end of may and some of my classmates already have their results. There are even some who took it on the same day/after me and have their results already so I'm wondering what happened? I called BRN 3 days ago and they said to just be patient and wait. I have not tried the PVT because I don't want to risk losing $200. I know its a hit or miss with the BRN and I read around that some people got theirs in 48/72 hrs and some can even take weeks/months. I also know it's their "busy" season since so many people graduated and they take forever to process transcripts. Anyone else take it may/june 2016 and how long did it take for your results to come in? Has anyone received a letter after 2-3 weeks saying they failed? I've been feeling so anxious and can barely sleep/eat
@rningonfumes, have you tried the PVT? i finally did it after 3 weeks and got the good pop up which really gave me even higher hopes. try calling tomorrow and make sure that they have all the documents (transcripts, fingerprints) then at 4 weeks, call them again and tell them its been 4 weeks and hopefully they can give you some good news. best of luck!
@xd94 I'm riding on the coat-tails of "No news is good news." That and I'm riding the denial wave. I just have one more week and will continue to wait and see.
I have not done the PVT and I don't think I will this late in the game. I did check Breeze to make sure all was kosher. Well as kosher as it Missy's sounds. My circumstances are similar to Missy's in her post .
@rningonfumes I did the PVT with an unactivated credit card and changed the expiration date and even used an expired card. got good pop ups every time. but yes, at the 3rd week, I definitely believed in "no news was good news" and was told that the BRN sends fail letters in 2 weeks max so I had high hopes. I am sure you passed and they are just making you wait the full 4 weeks and then will manually input your results. BUT make sure to call. they are so lazy, they will push it off as much as they can until you remind them. best of luck! I'm sure you passed :)
I took the NCLEX RN on June 21 in California. Today marks about 4 1/2 weeks without results. I've called the BRN starting at week 3 which is when they told me my transcripts were being processed and to hold out another week. When I called at week 4 they said they are still being processed OR that they never received them. My school sent the transcripts with all the other graduates on May 17th, right around the same time that I got my ATT. I'm convinced they lost my transcripts, but I sent another set and called them a few days later to give them a heads up that a new set was coming and asked if they could maybe pull them and put them with my file. The guy was so rude on the phone and gave me so much attitude about how they don't expedite anything and they don't like that word around there (OBVIOUSLY! Or I wouldn't be waiting almost 5 weeks!!!). He told me to just keep waiting and that it may be another 4-6weeks to process them. I am beyond frustrated at this point. I even contacted the DCA but they just sent me to the BRN call center Anyone have any suggestions?
@mohoff I have a friend who is on the same boat as you. its been about 7 almost 8 weeks and I seriously cannot believe that she doesnt have her results yet. She was told that her transcripts are being processes which I dont understand because all our transcripts were sent at the same time. I'm thinking they got lost in their pile of stuff. I feel like they just want to prolong and drag things as long as possible cause they enjoy torturing us or so lazy that they are taking their sweet time with everything OR that they seriously need to hire more people to work in their tiny office with thousands of applicants. I wish I can give you any suggestions but the waiting game and constant reminding calls is really all you can do. I did read around that people went directly to the office and got good responses but its really all about who you run into there and their mood for the day. Some will probably just send you on your way and not even do anything and you might just even waste your time. I hope you hear good news soon!
Update everyone! After 4 weeks of dreadful waiting, I am finally licensed! I called the Brn yesterday 6/12, which marked exactly 4 weeks of taking the nclex. A really nice person picked up the phone and told me that since my transcripts have been processed and it's been 4 weeks, he will email the lady who is in charge of manually putting in the results and I should hear back from him soon through email. I thought that it was just something they say and not actually do so I asked for his email just in case so I can contact him if I don't hear anything. He said "don't worry you will hear from me sometime before 5pm" when they close. So I waited all day, checked breeze every hour and nothing. Until 4pm he emailed me and told me everything was done and my license number should populate either tomorrow aka today or Thursday morning. So I should just keep checking and if I see nothing by Monday to email him back and he'll check up on it. (I kinda knew by now that I passed once I read that, but I wanted to be 100% positive when I see my license number). And low and behold this morning at exactly 12:10am, my license number appeared.*moral of the story, the BRN is just jam-packed with things to do and is lazy to actually input the results so they make you wait the full 4 weeks. Especially during this time of the year during their busy season with new grads. So call once a week and at the 4th week, they really have no excuse to not give you your results (unless you have missing documents or transcripts). Best of luck to everyone!! I hope you all get good news soon!
Hii :)...you got your license number posted at 12:10AM on Breeze?

Thank you for the update!! You give some hope to me and others I'm sure. Next week will be my 4th week and I will definitely call if I don't see anything
I had a feeling that they would take the full week. When I first took the test their Processing Times stated 2 weeks. Come July it stated 2-4 weeks and current with batches.
Here's to another week!
