Can a CA LVN that's certified for blood withdrawal work as a "phlebotomist" job title?

You need to check with the employer. CA is one of two states that mandate phlebotomists be certified.

It's been reported that it is not equivalent, as all techniques such as blood cultures are not covered. Check with the employer as there are exceptions
