CA BRN deficiency course- psychiatric nursing; international nurse

Hello fellow nurses,
I'm so thankful and glad I found this site, I thought I was in the same situation alone.
I studied and practiced in Singapore. I came over to California in July 2022. Send in my documents and pay the fees to acquire the nursing license here (that took like 6 months of back and fro emails) 
Anyway, I just received a letter from BRN that I need to take a course on psychiatric nursing to remove the deficiency before I can even take NCLEX.
Anybody knows anything about college/university that offers only that course? Thought of someone to enlighten me if anyone faces the same predicament as me. Any information is welcome.

I wrote emails to CSU Stanislaus State, CSU San Bernandino and California State University, Chico. I heard they got such programs for Foreign trained nurses. They haven't get back to me yet since it's Winter break. Did you find anything on your end?

Oh okay. No, I haven't found it here either. I just rang up the admission department and they said they don't accommodate students just for those courses. Good luck. Please share if you find anything!

Hello there, California State University San Bernandino is not offering Psy or MedSur this Summer. That was what they told me. I was put on a waiting list.

Hello, do you have any update on what school to apply to? I also received the same deficiency letter from the Board of Nursing.

Hi, try Cerritos College. I reached out to them today because I need to take Peds nursing clinical component. The person I spoke to on the phone said they might not offer it but the person that replied to my email said they do. But it's based in space availability so I was told it might take a couple of semesters to get in.
