Hi all,
I'm trying to endorse my CA license to Puerto Rico and work there.
The CA BRN said that they sent my documents to the Board of Puerto Rico, two different times. Both times the letter did not arrive and this has been going on since July. I asked them how they addressed it and the response was "we KNOW how to address the letter/how to address another Board".
They now say I have to re-apply for the documents to be sent again, and and pay $160 again. I will not do this because they will address the letter the exact same way, after which the letter won't arrive anyway. After having called multiple times with the Board on whether there was tracking on the letter, who signed for it there, and whether they can send me a receipt that it arrived, they refuse to give me any information or documents - only that the letter was sent on a particular day.
This has been extremely frustrating since it's the only document pending me receiving my license there. I am considering legal action against the BRN, but I want to exhaust all other options first. Does anyone have any advice to offer in this situation?
Thank you in advance
