Butte Oroville ADN Spring 2021

Published

Hi Everyone,

I am wondering if you guys applied for Spring 2021 & when we should be hearing back. Thought I'd start a thread, I noticed there was no thread started for this Spring. ?

Hello,

I applied for this Spring of 2021, but I never received any sort of email stating that my application was received. I mailed it in early August with a return receipt and it seems like it was received. Did you get an email about your application?

I just received that it was entered in lottery

I emailed butte and they told me that they are still reviewing applications and should be finishing up this Friday. So I imagine we should be hearing back from them shortly after that.

Good luck to all of us ! ? is it your first time applying ?

Yea it is! Not really counting on getting in but we will see. Is it your first time?

Yea! Same here! Doesn’t hurt to apply. Did you do good on your pre reqs and TEAS?

Yea pretty good got As and Bs in all my classes. I haven’t taken my TEAS yet but plan on it in the next couple of months. I applied to butte because I had all the pre reqs done to apply but I am taking one more pre req for the Yuba College program and plan on applying next semester. It seems like it takes forever to get into the butte program. Are you applying anywhere else?? How did you do on your TEAS?

Same I got a 92 on the TEAS. I want to apply to yuba as well  but I’m waiting to take the one other class pathophysiology. Is that what you’re taking ? How is it? Do you know when we can enroll for the Spring? And when the applications open?

Yes I’m in pathophysiology right now. It’s very interesting and fun. So far it hasn’t been too hard. If anatomy and physiology clicked for you, you will be completely fine in the class. To enroll at yuba usually class sign ups are in November but if I were you I would apply to yuba now because it takes a while to get your transcripts evaluated and everything. I took anatomy over the Summer at a different college and had some issues when trying to sign up for Patho in the fall because of the short time span.  Applications for the Spring open the first Monday of February. How did you feel about the TEAS? Were they difficult? I haven’t started studying for them yet but I’m trying to get at least a 90 so I can get the max amount of points for the yuba program.

How about for fall applications since I’ll be taking that class in the Spring. The TEAS was definitely hard for me. But I studied the book the ATI TEAS book.

The fall applications open up the first Monday of August. How long did you study for?
