BSN-RN(Philippines) now RPN in ontario wants to bridge to BSCN

Greetings!

I just need guidance on how to go with my bridging to BSCN in Ontario.

I'm an RN in the Philippines then submitted my papers to CNO then took the CPNRE became an RPN been practising for 3 years now in a hospital (medical and mental health) in Ontario. I have a little bit of knowledge about the regular bridging program from RPN to BSCN but not with my case of needing CNO to reassess my requirements before I do the regular 3 year bridging program.

I have been giving this much thought and decided to give this a go. However, my questions are:

1. will I need to resubmit all my requirements again through CNO?

2. will the CNO decide if I will need to take the whole 3 year bridging program from RPN to BSCN?
