Hello,
I was offered admission to the BScN program at st Lawrence college (Cornwall) for the fall of 2018... I wanted to check on here if anybody is doing this program or has done it. I want to get your opinion of the program, things I should be aware of, what the schedule is like, any advice or anecdotes are welcome. When do you do clinical placements? There's limited info offered on their website, and not much talk on this forum about it that I am starting to feel like it is a secret society I'm about to join
Just trying to move this thread up and see if anyone has anything to say or share about this *clandestine* program

Congrats! I'll be attending their Brockville campus for my BScN in September as well. I haven't heard anything about it either, and judging by their website it sounds like they do clinical in first year!

Yes! We were told that clinical starts the 3rd week of October for Cornwall. I'm sure it's the same for the other campuses.
3rd week of October? Wow! That seems really early. When did they tell you this? I haven't really heard much from anyone in my program
They told me at the open house back in April! Are you going to the Smart Start in August?
Oh okay, I didn't go to the open house so that makes sense. And I also haven't heard about that but I live about 4 hours away from campus so it's a little tougher for me to get out there. I do like that the orientation is on September 4th so I'll already be moved in by then thankfully!
I will also be attending the Brockville campus this September! Hope to see you :)
