BROWARD RN TO BSN

Published

Hi guys! I have not seen any pages about broward's RN-BSN program. I am thinking of doing it this year. Has anyone completed this program or going to attended? I have spoken to the school and so far it seems like a good option, the tuition is reasonable compared to other programs in this area . Can anyone tell me how it is or any advice? How long does it take to finish and is it online mostly?

Thank you!!!!!!

Hello. Currently in the program. I started in the summer. The program is good. There are a lot of assignments and discussions but they are interesting so it makes it fun. Some professors take a while to grade so be patient. Make sure you are able to take time off in the evenings when you do advanced health assessment because they have face to face for about 8 week. 3 hours, though. 6p-9p was the original time but they moved to to 4p-7p. they professors work to accommodate the students. There will be a day a week you need to come in on your "free time" to accumulate hours for lab. That is a bit hard but doable if you don't have a family and a flexible work schedule. Professors are good with communication and clarifying if you have any questions. It's an "online" program but there will be mandatory face-to-face for participation grade. BEST OF LUCK!

Also, I am doing it part-time so it's about 5 semester = 1.5 yrs

Full time is about 3 semester = 1 yr.

looking to start the BSN this summer! thanks for this post !
