  1. Hello everyone! So.... because of the this nasty COVID situation I originally planned to wait for 2022... but I felt that I was wasting time so I decided to go ahead and apply [very late]. Applications are still being accepted and I'll be submitting next week. Positive/happy vibes my way please :) Hoping to get started 2021!! -Nat
  2. Also, I am doing it part-time so it's about 5 semester = 1.5 yrs Full time is about 3 semester = 1 yr.
  3. Hello. Currently in the program. I started in the summer. The program is good. There are a lot of assignments and discussions but they are interesting so it makes it fun. Some professors take a while to grade so be patient. Make sure you are able to take time off in the evenings when you do advanced health assessment because they have face to face for about 8 week. 3 hours, though. 6p-9p was the original time but they moved to to 4p-7p. they professors work to accommodate the students. There will be a day a week you need to come in on your "free time" to accumulate hours for lab. That is a bit hard but doable if you don't have a family and a flexible work schedule. Professors are good with communication and clarifying if you have any questions. It's an "online" program but there will be mandatory face-to-face for participation grade. BEST OF LUCK!
  4. Don't reschedule!!!! You WILL pass! ATIs were harder. Be confident! :) BEST OF LUCK!
  5. Hey! I took my nclex this morning, too (Florida)! It took me 2hr 15mins and it shut off at 85. I did the PVT an hr ago and i got the "good pop-up". Idk, how accurate it is, but from what i hear/read... I passed! CHECK YOURS!!! I'M SURE YOU PASSED AS WELL! *my nurse friend(s) told me that if you get cut off at 85, 90% of the time that indicates you passed! CONGRATS in advance! :)
  6. Okay... So I called Pearson about the 3:00AM* time and guess what?! That's an ACTUAL testing time! Wth?! Anyway, the lady was rude as balls and literally told me "yea, idk why you rescheduled, the storm didn't stop everyone else that showed up." that's when i wished teleporting existed! Anyway, i was able to find a date and suitable time (at a different testing center, too): TMRW AT 8AM! Woohoo!!! Rude ass lady really bothered me. Okay, WISH ME LUCK AND PRAY FOR ME! \m/
  7. The hype of the storm was ridiculous!
  8. @beachynurse: i'll call tmrw!!! @k: thanks!!!!! :)
  9. Ugh!!!! Had to reschedule due to this tropical storm! From Monday to Wed. The problem is... Pearson vue confirmed with 3:00AM* testing time. Please, tell me that's a typo! I emailed them... But i have to wait on the response. Wish me luck! I'm so over this studying and anxiety!!! Anyone from FL and having anxiety/issues?!
  10. HELLO!! I'm taking my nclex on MONDAY (8/27)!! I'm a little freaked out. Honestly, EVERYONE around me believes i'll pass, except ME! lol. I've been studying since mid-July and I just want to test NOW because I heard the sooner you test...the GREATER chance you have of passing on first attempt. I was one of the top students in my class, so that makes me feel a bit better. I'm praying for confidence, knowledge, and wisdom. I studied from Saunders, Exam Cram and my notes. I really don't know what else to study... it's soooo much information to know. I'm just going to relax tmrw, I don't want to "over-study" and end up confusing myself. Just be POSITIVE... even though you can't help but be nervous. Just think of the nclex as another school exam. If you passed the program, you will definitely pass the nclex!! :) BEST OF LUCK!! GOD BLESS!!!
  11. WOOOHOOO!!!!!!! \m/
  12. Thank you so much for the encouragement! :) I just want to get this nclex out of the way!! I'll definitely keep reviewing till Saturday. I decided to use Sunday as my mental-health day. Lol. BTW, i got that awesome review you're talking about (35 pg one, right)! It has great info!
  13. heyhey! I'm sure you passed. You seem calm and confident. I went to Miami Lakes Educational Center (Miami, FL). I was pinned Aug 1st.... and testing Aug 27 (eeek!!!). I did good on all my tests (85% or higher)... and I passed all my ATIs with the highest scores. I just felt the ATIs were kind of tricky at times. Ay, well I'm PRAYING that I get through it!!! KEEP ME POSTED!!! CONGRATS, AGAIN... IN ADVANCE!
  14. hello!!!! so in 6 days i'll be taking my nclex-pn (1st time)! I'm freaking out because i don't feel prepared enough.... then again, who does?! I graduated July and I've been studying since mid- July. I study Mon-Fri for about 3-4 hrs a day. I do Saunders questions (50-100), reviewed my labs, read over diseases i forgot about, and I PRAY! I feel my teacher prepared us enough to NOT fail, but she did freak us out about the nclex being hard or whatnot. What makes me feel a bit comfortable is that 1. I got a 98% chance on passing on 1st attempt, according to my last ATI and 2. I know i'm not dumb, lol. :::sighs::: At this point I just want to take that exam and get it over with. Anyone else felt mentally exhausted from so much studying? TIPS, ADVICE, PRAYER would be awesome! :)
  15. Hello! I wish you the best of luck! How'd you do?!?!? I'm taking my nclex-pn on Monday (8/27)! I'm excited and freaked out. *On my last ATI, it said i had 98% chance of passing on first try.I've been doing questions from Saunders, reviewing disorders i forgot about, and reviewing my labs. I'm honestly tired of studying. HOW WAS THE EXAM, though?!
