Wanted to start a new thread for the Summer program of 2021 and if anyone will be going ?

I heard it is much harder because of the short amount of weeks compared to the fall and Spring

@NurseJenna I applied to LPN to RN transition. I was placed on the alternative list so I'm not sure if I will make it in ?

hopefully you still get in ? when did you get a response? my status is still "pre-program application" and the anxiety is killing me

I believe that means you got in. Did you receive the email stating you got in

Has anyone been able to register for the required CEU certifications for the generic ASN program?

No, im still waiting to see if I got in or not (fingers crossed) the application deadline for the lpn-RN program was 3/18 and I was told they have 30 business days to give an answer so im just patiently waiting ?

I'm freaking out, I'm not sure if I filled out for the right one then..I got a response. It didn't say lpn to RN just said classes start 5/12/21. Have you reached out to Nicole

log into mybc and look at the status of your application. the program number for the generic RN program is 2127 and the number for the LPN to RN is 21271, according to the pdf from the BC website. so you'll know which one you applied to

Mine said 2127. Oh my god. I'm freaking out. It's too late for me to apply to the lpn to RN. I submitted my lpn license with my application. I didn't see a box to check lpn to RN when I registered. Not sure what to do now..

oh no im so sorry. I recommend talking to Nichole to see what can be done. I really hope there will be a solution

Thank you. I emailed her. I'm not sure how I missed that. I submitted my license thinking they sort through them. I'm praying she can help. I know application period ended March 18th for that program..

the deadline was 3/18 but it is an open ended application period meaning they will accept applications until the program is full ? im sure thats what Nichole will advise you to do. However, Im not sure if you will have to drop your alternate spot to apply. let us know the outcome
