Broward College starting Jan 2013

Have been hearing that BC will be requiring math prerequisite and may be dropping Chemistry pre-req for nursing program for students starting Jan 2013. Please post any specific information you have received from the school. I have emailed them but have not heard back. The people on the phone are not exactly sure what's going to happen.

I have a question for anyone going to South campus. In the welcome letter our process 1 professor posted it said we need to be in full uniform on the first day of lecture? Or just lab? Thanks![/quote']

Hi, we are all required to be in full uniform everyday starting on monday. If you have a broward college nursing polo you can wear that with the uniform scrub bottoms for lectures and lab practice, but on clinical days its full scrubs, white nursing shoes. To be on the safe side wear your scrubs on the first day, hair off your neck, tattoos covered. No long sleeved white shirts under your scrub top.

North campus- D2l is up and running looks like a lot to read, anyone know if we have to have it all done by monday?

I don't think we need to read all that before Monday. For north campus, does anyone know if we need to wear uniform in Monday? Thanks ;)

The north professor said we have until Jan 15 to get our uniforms.
