Broward College Spring 2025

Hey everyone! 

Finally applied to the program yesterday. 

Just looking for anyone else who applied for Spring (2025). Hopefully we can rally up some support for each other 🙂 
I'll share with you my grades for the pre recs & my scores just for insight 

ENC 1105: A

BSC 2085: B 

BSC 2085C: C

BSC 2086: A

BSC 2086L: A

Overall came out to a 3.4 which should hopefully be 10 points 🙏🏼

Also, got a 93.60% on the HESI (cumulative) with over 80% in all sections.

The campus I would be going to if I were to be accepted is North.

I believe I have 11 points. My cumulative for the HESI was 89%. Everything over 80% also. I really hope I get in. 
 

Does anyone know if the first semester is still only 3 credits long?! Im dreading this first semester, I feel like it's such a waste of time. We won't be practicing nursing skills until June 😞

Ahhh we have similar stats. I haven't heard anything about the first semester honestly except for that I think it's pharmacology and medical math? Something like that. And I think pharm is only online? And math they just sign you up for whatever time they want  (along with every other class)

Nothing yet. It's so quiet that I am starting to get concerned. None of my points have been calculated and I haven't received notice that they are reviewing my application 😣

don't be concerned it seems like no one has heard yet. This coming Tuesday will be 4 weeks since the deadline and I've seen it takes 4-8 weeks to find out. Also saw a couple things that said we'd get a letter in the mail which is pretty old school but who knows. Fingers crossed we all make it 🙏

I got an email on Sept 26 that my application has been processed. It says in the email final decisions will be sent by October 30th! My points are also processed. You can see it in MyBC then click limited access application.

Did you get those emails on your college account or regular email? I didn't get any emails so far.

I just realized the other day I had a $20 fee on my BC account  for the nursing app fee and I never saw it but I paid it right away. Super sketched out it's gonna affect my app. 
I think I have about the grades that you have too for the app

I have it in both emails! I'm so concerned about the fee too, there was nothing to pay it when I applied and it hasn't shown up on my account either to pay it. When I look under the limited access section for program fee it says N/A. I have no balance due either.

For my HESI my overall grade was 86% ? if I am not mistaken. I do not see a fee pending to be paid.

The only email I got was that we will get that email on the 30th that we are looking forward to I'm so nervous
