Hi guys!! Haven't seen any threads for May 2018 so I figured why not start one!! I just submitted my application for Broward's May 2018 LPN-RN program so anxiously waiting for the deadline. While I wait I'm attending Keiser to retake A&P 1 and lab to boost grade up! What's everyone doing to pass the time?
I was looking at the lpn-rn transition schedule and it shows that they have to take Pharmacology and math for health related professionals just like the generics do...thought that was odd since most of y'all took that for Lpn school already
When I was searching for nursing school the counselor told me once I step into a nursing program to forget everything that I learned in LPN school so Im assuming it wont help much lol
Yes....You start in May with Pharm and Math (Pharm runs the entire semester), then you pick up Transition Nursing in June and that runs until August.
So if the Lpns already took pharmacology during Lpn school at say Atlantic Tech, they still have to take it again for the transition to RN program?
I was hoping today was the day yhat we all would hear some good news. It's been a long road. We just have to hang in there and enjoy the time we have off. Once the program starts we are going to be very busy.
So true. I was hoping this week in general once they've had the orientation for generic! So maybe next week. How many points do you have?
