Broward College hopeful for May 2013 Nursing Program

I know there is a lot of confusion going around with the new requirements for the BC nursing program so I wanted to start a thread for those of us finishing prerequisites and applying in January. I'm in the Core class now, but other than that I'm finished with everything else and getting very excited to start next year!

They just checked us in before we can sit down so unless their name is on the list I don't think so.

So apparently only south and north campus are the only ones providing classes this semester.

I'm glad that North will have classes, but it makes no sense not to fully enroll the campuses when there are enough applicants to fill the classes. The school is not closed over the summer. Upperclassmen are still taking classes. The fixed costs don't decrease over the summer. The worst, of course, is that this decision doesn't best serve the students.

For those thinking of going to north I have a FB group going to help all north campus students communicate and stay updated. Spread to anyone you know thinking of going to north campus.
