Broward College August 2011

Hi guys, is anyone else working towards starting the nursing program at BC in August 2011? I am working on my last pre-reqs this semester (spring 11) and then apply and hopefully get accepted for the fall semester. I just took and passed the hesi exam last night and that is one big load off my back. I also started my hep shots since it takes 3 rounds of shots and a total of 6 months to be fully immunized. I want to have all of my ducks in order to start the program. I am undecided whether to go to south or central campus. Any advice?

Mine still says in review but I'm so happy that they're finally selecting people!!!

Thank you so much!!! Yours is coming!!!!!!! My BFF basically have the same GPA & HESI scores as me and her status is also still "In Review". So you are not alone.

Thank you Josy!! I know there are going to be announcing more to come. I have a few friends that are in review still with great scores. Previous posts show that they announce little by little.

I'm still in review but I have so much faith in the lord up above!! If this is his will for my life, I will get in, but it doesn't mean that I'm not on the web checking every five min lol

Thanks!! If u don't mind me asking.. What is ur gpa and hesi? I want to know who they accepted. I have a 3.3 and 86% hesi

My GPA is also a 3.3. On the HESI I got 96% AP, 92%Math, 86%Reading, 80%Vocab.

I also have a Bachelor degree and got 19pts, eventhough they claim the point system does not matter.
