I'm on alternate:( devastated, ruined my happiness my husband got back from Afghanistan today for 3 weeks.

Hi! I'm also an alternate. I was pretty devastated too since I only applied to Brookhaven. Let's be positive though. It'll still be great if we can get in, but if we don't I'm sure something better will be waiting for us. Brookhaven's not the only school with a nursing program or we can reapply for the fall. Let's look on the bright side and find better things to focus on instead of getting depressed.

Congratulations to everyone that was accepted! I know the waiting around and not knowing what comes next after you get in is so difficult. I'm in the program wrapping up first semester now. If y'all have any questions, feel free to ask me! :)

window2mina, that is a great way to look at it! I know that even if you don't get in for spring, we will definitely see you in the fall! I didn't get in to my first school - all you do is get back up and earn more point so you crush it next time around!

Toadoro, I'm curious - can we wear scrub bottoms from other places if they match? Also, are there any rules regarding what type of wristwatch we can wear?

Yes, any scrub bottoms as long as they match. The ones from school are the worst, haha. No rules on the watch, but definitely get something waterproof. And from personal experience, one that doesn't tick too loud.

Do you think that I will be removed from the program if I don't have a driver license? Nancy told me that it is required.
